Attending a writer’s workshop is a great way to boost your writing career (or hobby). I have attended four writing workshops on all sorts of topics sponsored by Highlights For Children Magazine. In these workshops, I have learned a lot about the art of writing and the business of writing. Plus, I made a ton of new contacts, both amongst editors and fellow writers, that has impacted my career tremendously. I HIGHLY recommend attending one of these Founder’s Workshops.
